* Guaranteed Service: We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your service. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will redo any service at no cost to you. As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided.
* Right to refuse service: Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
*If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of the service.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.
*Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any service.
*Children should be accompanied by an adult at all time. We will not take any responsibility if an accident happens to your child/children during your treatment at our salon.
